Upazila polls to be competitive: CEC

Staff Correspondent: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda said that the upazila polls will be competitive.
The CEC made the opinion while addressing a briefing of upazila election returning officers and assistant returning officers at Nirbachan Bhaban in capital’s Agargaon on Tuesday.
He said that the national election took place in a better way just because of good coordination. So, the continuation of that achievement will be in local elections too.
Meanwhile, the CEC urged the officers to do the work sincerely.
