Staff Correspondent: The water transport strike enforced by its workers has been withdrawn.
The decision came at a meeting held between workers’ representatives and administration on Sunday night.
Earlier, water transport workers announced to go on a non-stop strike from Monday for a 21-point demand.
The demands include minimum wage declared by the government, appointment letters, identity cards of workers and service books, etc.
