Weapon factory found at Moheshkhali

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: Police in a drive have found a “weapon factory” in Moheshkhali upazila of Cox's Bazar on Sunday evening.

The law enforcers found the weapon factory in the area when they were exchanging gunshots with terrorists around 6:00pm.

Police detained a person and recovered 10 local guns, 10 rounds of bullets and some arms making equipments from the spot during the drive.

The detainee is Md Ishak.

Pradip Kumar Das, officer-in-charge (OC) of Moheshkhali Police Station, confirmed this to risingbd.com.

The detainee Ishak admitted that there is a weapon factory in the area, said the OC.
