Woman killed in Dhaka road crash

Staff Correspondent: An identified woman was killed as a bus ran over her in Malibagh bazar area of Dhaka on Tuesday.

Locals said that the victim received injury after a speeding bus of Suprovat Paribahan hit her while she was crossing a road in the area this noon. Later, she was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctor declared her dead.

Hatirjheel police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abu Md Fazlul Karim said the police seized the bus.
