Woman killed in city road crash

Staff Correspondent: A woman was killed in a road accident near Mayor Mohammad Hanif Flyover at Dholairparh area of the capital on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Asma, 35.
Her baby girl Nur Nahar was also injured in the incident. She is currently undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
DMCH police outpost in-Charge Bachchu Mia confirmed the news.
He said, "Nur Nahar is out of danger. She cannot tell something, but her mother's name and her own."
Asma was rushed to DMCH immediate after the accident where duty doctors declared her dead around 12:00pm, he added.
The body was kept in DMCH morgue. Police are trying to find out deceased's family, Bachchu said.
