Woman's body found in Bagerhat

Bagerhat Correspondent: Police recovered the body of a woman from a canal in Kolabaria village of Bemta union under sadar upazila of the district on Thursday morning.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Police said noticing the body in the area, locals informed police this morning. Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Bagerhat Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
Confirming the matter, Mahtab Uddin, officer-in-charge of Bagerhat Model Police Station said police started investigation in this regard.
