Youth hacked dead in Cox's Bazar

Cox's Bazar Correspondent: A youth was hacked to death at broad day light at Lamarparha village of the district's Ramu upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Abdu Shukur, 28, son of Obaidul Haque of Lamarparha.
Family members said some four to five youth suddenly made an attack on Shukur with knife, axe and rods, they hacked him indiscriminately, leaving him seriously injured. He was taken to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital where attending doctors declared him dead.
The attackers were named as Kalim Ullah, 28, son of late Nasir Uddin of the area, Ebadullah, 24, son of late Ali Ahmed, Nurullah, 32, son of Mohammad Ali, and Fazar Ali, 21, son of Nurul Islam, according to the family members.
Afruzul Haque, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Cox's Bazar, confirmed the news of murder.
