Youth stabbed dead at Fatullah

A youth was stabbed to death over previous enmity at Adarsha nagar of Pashchim Deobhog area under Fatullah in Narayanganj on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Sharif, son of Alal Matbor of the area. He was a hardware trader.

Aslam Hossain, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Fatullah Model Police Station, confirmed the news.

He said miscreants stabbed Sharif after they were locked into altercation over previous enmity while opening the shop. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition where duty doctors declared him dead.

The body was sent to Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy. Police are trying to arrest those were involved in the murder, he added.
