Zayan's body brought to home

Senior Correspondent: The body of Zayan Chowdhury, one of the victims of Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka, has been brought to Dhaka.

A Singapore Airlines flight (UL-189) carrying the body landed at Dhaka airport around 12:45pm on Wednesday.

Zayan, 8, was the grandson of Awami League leader Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim. The body was taken to Sheikh Fazlul’s Banani residence. Later, he will be laid to rest at Banani graveyard after a namaz-e-janaza today.
