Staff Correspondent: Five journalists of risingbd.com, the country’s one of the leading news portals, have been rewarded for their monthly best write-ups.
Advisory Editor of the news portal S M Zahid Hasan and other guests handed over the prizes in a simple ceremony at it`s office on Saturday noon.
Md Manzurul Alam, senior sub-editor of the English Department, received the first prize for his write-up under the headline ‘The Journey of Death’.
Tapos Roy, literature page editor, and Md Ibnul Kaium, senior sub-editor, jointly received the second prize for their write-ups ‘Ei Didha-Bibhokto Chetona Loiya Amra Ki Koribo’ and ‘Sona Mukher Beele’ respectively.
Ruhul Amin, sub-editor, and Rezaul Karim, Chittagong bureau chief, jointly received the third prize for their write-ups ‘Identity Crisis Amader Manush Hote Dei Na’ and ‘Akti Darshan Ghatona O Ekjon Sangbadkormir Intention’ respectively.
The write-ups were published in the month of May.
