1515 health workers infected with coronavirus

A total of 1,515 health workers including physicians and nurses have been detected with coronavirus positive across the country.

Of them, 587 are doctors while 390 nurses and 538 other health workers.

Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) confirmed the development on Tuesday.

BMA office secretary professor Dr Md Shaheed Ullah said a total of 1,515 health workers have been detected with coronavirus positive across the country so far.

Mentionable, Bangladesh confirmed 16,660 cases of coronavirus across the country till Tuesday. Of them, 250 died.
