17 RAB personnel infected with coronavirus in N’ganj

17 Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-11) personnel have been infected with coronavirus in Narayanganj district.
RAB-11 Commander Lt Col Imran Ullah confirmed this on Wednesday night.
He said 39 persons of RAB-11 have been kept in isolation ward
RAB-11 additional police super Alep Uddin said, “Many of our members have been infected with coronavirus. Blood samples of some 211 RAB personnel have been collected. Reports of 90 persons have come, of which 17 tested positive for coronavirus”.
Alep Uddin further said those who work at RAB-11 would be tested. 39 have been kept in isolation ward and 17 persons are now undergoing treatment in different hospitals.
