2 crushed under vehicle

Two people were killed as a vehicle hit a CNG–run auto-rickshaw at Bahubal in Habiganj Sadar upazila early Tuesday.

The deceased were identified as CNG driver Abdur Rakib, 35, son of late Atikullah at Mondalkafon village, and Akhter Mia, son of Ashraf Ali of the upazila.

According to sources, an unknown vehicle hit the auto-rickshaw, on Dhaka-Sylhet highway leaving two people dead on the spot.
