2 killed in Mymensingh road crash

Two people were killed in a collision between a sand-laden truck and a pickup van at Bhaluka in Mymensingh early Thursday.

The accident took place in Bharadoba bus stand area of Dhaka-Mymensingh highway.

The deceased were identified as driver Amirul, 30, son of Abdul Majid in Netrokona, and Shmim, 35, son of Monuruddin of the district.

Confirming the news, Bhaluka Thana OC Md Mainuddin said another injured has been admitted to Bhaluka Upazila Health Complex.
