20 houses locked down after corona patient identified

The local administration has put 20 houses under lockdown following identification of a corona patient at Saroatali union under Boalkhaliupazila in Chattogram district.

A team headed by Assistant Commissioner (Land) MdMozammelHaqChowdhury locked down the houses from Tuesday night to 11.00am on Wednesday.

Earlier, a 70-year old man was diagnosed with coronavirus. 

He was admitted to the isolation ward of ChattogramGeneral Hospital.
