3 burnt in Bongshal fire in critical state

Three people, who were burnt in a fire caused by a gas pipeline explosion at Bongshal in the capital, are in a critical condition.
Earlier, a two-year-old child named Mainuddin was burnt to death in the fire followed by the explosion.
The burnt trio has been identified as Mainuddin’s father Jabed Mia, 30; his mother Sheuli Begum, 25, and his four-year-old sister.
Dr Partha Sankar Pal, residential surgeon of Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute, told risingbd that: ‘Three people are in critical condition as 30 percent of Jabed’s body, 60 percent of the bodies of Sheuli Begum and her daughter have been burnt.’
Earlier, a child was killed and three others were injured in a fire caused by a gas pipeline explosion at a residence of Kosaituli of Bongshal in the capital on Thursday (July 23) morning.
