3 judges of High Court kept away from judgment process

Staff Correspondent: The Chief Justice has kept three judges of High Court away from judgment process as the investigation of an allegation raised against them has begun.

They have been excluded in the list of   High Court Division’s judgment activities so that they cannot hinder the investigation.

They are Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury, Justice Kazi Rezaul Haq and Justice AKM Jahirul Haq.

Declining to make any comment, Attorney General Mahbubey Alam said it is matter of the President and Chief Justice.
