3 killed in Sirajganj road crash

At least three people were killed and two other were injured in a head-on collision between two trucks in Talukdar Bazar area under Kamarkhanda upazila in Sirajganj on Wednesday noon.

Officer-in-Charge of Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Station Syed Shahid Alam confirmed the news.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Quoting the locals, the OC said a cotton-laden truck collided head-on with a brick-laden truck, leaving three dead on the spot.

The dead bodies have been sent to Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib General Hospital, Sirajganj.
