368 killed, 518 injured in road crashes in June

At least 368 people were killed and 518 injured in 358 road accidents across the country in the month of June, according to a report of Bangladesh Jatri Kalyan Samity.

Besides, at least 15 were killed and four injured in 20 train-related accidents while at least 45 people died, 60 injured and 10 went missing in 17 waterways-related accidents over the same period, the passengers' welfare platform said.

The organisation revealed the report after analyzing the data of media reports published in the month of June on Sunday (July 12).
