6 more infected with coronavirus in Munshiganj

Six more people have been found to be infected with coronavirus or COVID-19 in Munshiganj, adjacent district to Narayanganj, epicenter of coronavirus.

With this, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the district stood at 43.

Dr. Abul Kalam Azad, civil surgeon of Munshiganj, confirmed the matter to risingbd on Saturday (April 18).

Samples of 34 people from six upazilas in the  district were collected on Friday out of them six were diagnosed with the virus today, he said.
