8 kg gold recovered in Chattogram airport

Customs Intelligence Officials recovered 70 gold bars weighting 8 kg from Toilet of Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram on Friday.

No person was arrested in this connection.

The law enforcers recovered the gold from Salam Air after it reached in the airport from Mascot at the noon.

Legal actions will be taken under the Customs Act in this regard, Customs Official sources said.
