82 tonnes of onion arrives

The first consignment of 82 tonnes onion from Pakistan's Karachi reached Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Wednesday night.
A cargo plane of private 'Silkway Airlines' carrying the consignment reached the airport around 7:30pm.
An importer named Shaad Enterprise imported the onion.
Ratan Kumar, Deputy Director of Plant Quarantine Station of Department of Agricultural Extension confirmed the matter.
