ACC summons 9 officials of health department

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) summoned nine officials of Directorate General of Health for quizzing.

ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter on Wednesday.

A letter was sent to the director general of the health department signed by deputy director Samsul Alam.

The nine accused were asked to appeare before the ACC headquarters on October 22, 23 and 24.

There is an allegation that the health officials piled huge amount of wealth through corruption.
