Akshay Kumar fan walks 900km to meet his idol

Entertainment Desk: Just like Akshay Kumar, his fans are also fitness freaks. One such fan of the Khiladi Kumar walked 900km from Dwarka to Mumbai to meet the actor today. Parbat, who is a die-hard Akshay Kumar fan, covered the distance from Dwarka in Gujarat to Mumbai in 18 days.

Akshay Kumar took to social media to share an inspiring video of the Gujarat youngster. Along with the video, he wrote, "Met Parbat today, he walked over 900km all the way from Dwarka. He planned it in a way to reach Mumbai in 18 days to catch me here on a Sunday. If our youth use this kind of planning and determination to achieve their goals, then there’s no stopping us! #SundayMotivation."

Sharing a picture of himself with Parbat, Akshay wrote, "It’s always great to meet you all and I’m grateful for all the love you give me but a request to please not do these things...focus your time, energy and resources in bettering your life, that’ll make me the happiest. Wishing Parbat all the very best."

In the video, Parbat says that he walked 50-55km everyday to reach Mumbai in 18 days. Since he knew that the actor will be at her home on Sunday, he walked in rain on Saturday to reach the city in time.

Akshay Kumar is known as the fittest star of Bollywood. He is often seen doing hilarious stuff to test his stamina. Recently, during a family vacation, the actor showed his mettle by accepting a challenge of hanging on a horizontally suspended pole. The actor's wife and author, Twinkle Khanna took to Instagram to share a video of the star.

She captioned it, "Just hanging in there! Not happy with hitting the Forbes list- he wants to make a quick 100 pounds here as well."
