Another policeman dies from coronavirus

Another policeman has died from the coronavirus, taking the death toll from the virus in the law-enforcement agency to 37 in the country.

The victim is Tawhidul Islam, a constable of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).

He died at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital while undergoing treatment on Thursday night.

A press release of police headquarters said this on Friday noon.

Towhidul Islam hailed from Bujruk Santoshpur village under Mithapukur Thana in Rangpur district. He was buried at his family graveyard.
