Awami League will get new look from April

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has said that the party’s all units will be rearranged from April this year in a bid to make it stronger.

The party general secretary said this at a joint meeting at Bangabandhu Avenue in the city on Wednesday.

General secretaries of all district and city units and parliament members were present at the meeting.

Obaidul Quader said “We held 29 conferences including two in Dhaka city. No conference was held in Dhaka division. Sheikh Hasina has ordered to strengthen the party”.

Awami League leaders Muhammad Faruk Khan, Abdur Rahman, Md Shahjahan Khan, Mirza Azom, Abdus Sobhan Golap, Barrister Dilip Barua, Mostafa Jalal Mohiyuddin, Abu Ahmed Mohammad Monnafi and State Minister for Water Resources Enamul Haq Shamim were present at the meeting.
