BNP leaders meet Khaleda Zia this evening

Top leaders of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will meet their party Chairperson Khaleda Zia this (Monday) evening to exchange greetings on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

“Only standing committee members of the party will meet Khaleda Zia at her Gulshan residence, Firoja, around 7.00pm, and we will do this following health guidelines”, said Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, one of the members of the standing committee.

On March 25, the BNP chief was released from the prison cell of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) for six months after an executive order was issued in consideration of her age and on humanitarian grounds.
