‘BNP looking for excuse to quit polls’

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader opined that BNP is looking for excuses to quit the city elections fearing defeat.

Obaidul Quader came up with the opinion while addressing newsmen after distributing certificates among women drivers organized by BRAC in the capital on Saturday noon.

He said, there is a possibility of defeat of BNP in the city corporation elections. So, they are trying to find excuses to quit the polls.

Meanwhile, he urged BNP to provide evidence of violation of election code of conducts.
