Bangladesh confirms fifth coronavirus death

Another person has died in Bangladesh after testing positive for Covid-19, taking the total death toll to five.

Dr Meerjady Sabrina Flora, director of the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), came up with the development at a press briefing on Wednesday noon.

No one was newly infected with the deadly virus in the country as a result the number of infected persons has remained at 39.
