Bangladesh play 1-1 draw with India

Bangladesh drew India 1-1 in the World Cup 2022 and 2023 AFC Asian Cup qualifying match at the Salt Lake Stadium in Indian on Tuesday.
Forward player Saad propelled Bangladesh scoring first goal at 42th minutes and whole team played a rhythmic game. The visitors created lots of scope to score more goals. But, finally, India retuned the game based on the goal of Adil Khan at 78th minutes.
Though, Bangladesh side could have had at least two penalties but referee did not respond to the appeals. However, the both sides missed a number of chances in the rest of the match.
This is Bangladesh’s first point in the second round of 2022 World Cup and 2023 Asian Cup after they had lost to Qatar and Afghanistan.
