China returnee hospitalised with Coronavirus suspicion

In the growing fear of Coronavirus spread, a Bangladesh national who reached Dhaka airport from China on Thursday morning, was admitted to Kurmitola General Hospital after he was diagnosed with fever in the archway thermal scanners at the airport on Thursday.
Dr Shahriar Sazzad, Health official of Shahjalal International Airport Health Centre, confirmed the news.
He said the Bangladesh citizen was diagnosed with primary symptoms of Coronavirus. So, he was hospitalised. There, he will be diagnosed further.
It was learnt that the patient was kept in a special ward in Kurmitola Hospital. He will be taken to the Infectious Diseases Hospital (IDH) in the afternoon.
