DU students block Shahbagh

Staff Correspondent: Students of Dhaka University blocked Shahbag intersection on Wednesday demanding the decision of affiliating seven colleges under the institution to be annulled.

The agitated staged the demonstration around 12:00pm. The demo halted traffic movements and caused huge sufferings to passengers in the area.

Earlier on Tuesday, a group of students from seven colleges affiliated with Dhaka University (DU) staged protests to press home their four-point demand.
