Day laborer hacked dead in Meherpur

A day laborer named Umar Ali, 48, has been hacked dead by miscreants at Gangni in Meherpur.
The incident took place around 10.00pm on Tuesday over a trivial matter.
Officer-in-Charge of Gangni Thana Obaidur Rahman confirmed the news.
The deceased’s wife Parvin Khatun, 42, was also seriously injured in the incident.
