Delhi on high alert over militant attack

India has become helpless as the coronavirus situation has been worsening day by day. The number of infections surpassed 426,910 till Monday afternoon.

On other hand, tensions are continuously increasing with China and Nepal over border dispute.

Amid the situation, capital Delhi is gripped with fear of militant attack after intelligence reports. So, Delhi police forces have been on high alert across the city.

According to intelligence reports, four to five terrorists attempted to enter Delhi with an intention to carry out a massive terror attack in the city.

Indian Express and Times of India report, the militants are likely to enter Delhi on road using a bus, car or taxi. So, Delhi police has been kept on high alert. Besides, an alert has been issued at all bus stands and railway stations.

All the District Deputy Commissioners (DCP) of police, special cell, crime branch and other units in Delhi have been kept on high alert.
