Dengue situation under control: Health Minister

Staff Correspondent: Claiming that the dengue situation remains under control, Health and Family Welfare Minister Jahid Malek has urged media not to publish any news over dengue that spread panic among people.

He said, “Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is always in touch with the authority concern over dengue. She issued directives to ensure treatment to dengue affected people.”

The Minister said this while speaking at a seminar in Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Thursday.

The scientist seminar over dengue situation was arranged by Society of Medicine and DMCH medicine society held at the hospital’s Milon Auditorium.
