Dense fog disrupts air traffic in Dhaka

Dense fog has disrupted air traffic at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka.
According to HSIA source, air traffic was totally suspended in the airport from 3:00am to 8:00am on Wednesday.
Flight operation becomes slightly normal after 8:00am.
However, all the outgoing flights have suffered delay due to 6-hour suspension of air traffic in the airport.
Besides, two flights of US-Bangla Airlines diverted to Chattogram and two flights of Bangladesh Biman Airlines landed in Kolkata due dense fog and poor visibility in Dhaka.
