Dry weather likely

Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Friday predicted that weather would remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours.

Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions and the regions of Tangail, Faridpur, Kishoregonj, Srimangal, Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Jashore and Kushtia, and it may continue, said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight to morning, reports BSS.

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin said.
