‘EVM to be used for vote rigging’

BNP nomination seeker Engineer Ishrak Hossain has alleged that EVM will be used in the upcoming Dhaka city polls for vote rigging.

The BNP leader said this while distributing blankets among the poor in the city on Wednesday night.

Engineer Ishrak Hossain is interested to contest the mayoral election to Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).

The ruling Awami League will try to occupy the polling stations and cast false ballots through EVM, he said.
