Engineer dies with coronavirus symptoms in Khulna

An engineer has died with coronavirus or COVID-19 symptoms in Khulna.

He died around 9 am on Tuesday (April 21). He was a resident of Rupsa upazila.

The engineer had been suffering from fever, cold, cough and breathing complications for five days. He was also suffering from diabetes,  according to his family members.

Emergency Medical Officer Dr Ashrafur Rahman of Khulna Medical College Hospital said he died on way to the hospital.

Samples from his body were collected as he had coronavirus-like symptoms, he said.
