West Indies’ dynamic opener Chris Gayle and all-rounder Darren Sammy recently took to Instagram to release a sneak peek into their life in quarantine for the Coronavirus.
The COVID-19 pandemic has dismantled the sporting universe with matches being suspended, and tournaments rescheduled.
Sammy, who was part of the Quetta Gladiators squad in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), was advised quarantine along with Gayle.
Both Gayle and Sammy were seen wearing masks. While Gayle tagged himself as ‘Undisputed Champions’ from Universe Boss, Sammy was dancing to a track in the video.
The free-spirited Calypso Kings now have to find unique ways to spend their time in quarantine.
“When they say I’m ok to self-quarantine… Still gotta stay away as much as possible, though. But at least I’m home doing my social distancing. HOME HOME HOME My kids will not like this one bit. No fun dad till 14 days,” captioned Sammy’s post.
