Ministry of Religious Affairs issued a circulation in this regard on September 18 to ensure peaceful coexistence for followers of the two factions and to stop propaganda each other.

The directives are: 1. Devotees of each faction can operate their activities at all mosques including Kakrail, Markaz and Tongi Ijtema congregation on separate days/dates through discussing local law enforcement agencies.

They also can operate their activities at any mosque which is not under Markaz through discussing law enforcers.

2. No faction can run propaganda each other verbally or in written.

3. Followers of each faction can operate jamaat at any mosque. Devotees of no faction can prevent the other.

However, staying at a mosque for people of two factions will not be logical. So, people who will reach earlier will stay there and others will move for a nearby mosque.

4. Each faction can invite local and foreign scholars for Ijtema. No one can prevent the other section.

5. Local administration will resolve if any conflict is created between the two factions at any area.
