‘Grenade attack on political rally never thought’

Senior Correspondent: Remembering the August 21 grenade attack, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “I never thought that a political rally can come under such a gruesome grenade attack.”

She made the comment while addressing a discussion at Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) auditorium in the capital on Wednesday afternoon.

“We wanted to hold a rally in the open area but denied permission,” she said.
