HC finally stays certificate of justice’s son

The High Court (HC) has finally stayed lawyer certificate of Jumman Siddique, son of HC Justice Abu Zafar Siddique.

Alongside, the court issued a rule against the authority concern asking as to why gazette published in this regard should not be declared illegal as he failed in bar exams.

The bench of Justice Tariq ul Hakim and Justice Md Iqbal Kabir passed the order on Wednesday.
