HC to hear Minni’s petition to change court

The High Court (HC) has fixed Wednesday to hear petition of Ayesha Siddika Minni to change court in sensational Rifat Sharif murder case.

The HC bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice SM Mozibur Rahman passed the order on Monday.

Minni filed the petition seeking approval of transferring court from Borguna to Dhaka on February 9.

Rifat Sharif, husband of Minni, was hacked to death at broad day light in front of Barguna government college on June 26 last year.
