HC will interfere if onion prices do not come down

The High Court (HC) has said that it will interfere if prices of onions do not come down within one week.

A HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice KM Hafizul Alam came up with the observation after hearing a writ petition in this regard on Sunday.

The court also asked why it should not issue a rule over the control of onion prices.
