House owner killed in robbers’ attack

A 60-year old man was killed in a robbers’ attack in South Salna area under Gazipur City Corporation on Monday midnight.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rouf, son of late Ajgor alias Agor Ali.

According to sources, a gang of robbers entered his house at night and one stage they attacked him with sharp weapons as he obstructed to commit robbery.

Dacoits also tied up and beat his wife Majeda Begum and looted valuable goods including ornaments.
