Housewife dies of dengue

Satkhira Correspondent: A housewife died of mosquito-borne dengue fever in Satkhira sadar upazila on Thursday midnight.

Shahanara Khatun, 37, died on way to Khulna Medical College Hospital.

She was the wife of Khalilur Rahman at Kushkhali village in the upazila.

According to hospital sources, Shahanara was admitted to Satkhira Sadar Hospital on August 18 where she was diagnosed with dengue fever.

On Thursday night, doctors referred her to Khulna Medical College Hospital as her condition deteriorated.
