JP supports Ivy in NCC polls

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: Jatiya Party (JP) has given support to the ruling Awami League-backed mayoral candidate for Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC) election Selina Hayat Ivy.

The announcement came from a press briefing at the office of Narayanganj district Awami League around 1:00pm on Monday.

JP presidium member SM Faisal Chisty, Abdus Sabur, Haji Saifuddin Ahmed Milon, Nurul Islam Nuru, Alamgir Sikdar and others spoke at the press briefing.

Speaking at the press briefing, SM Faisal Chisty said, “Ivy has done many development activities in Narayanganj. Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad has given support to Ivy so that she can finish her incomplete activities.”

HM Ershad has urged the activists and leaders of the party to cast their valuable votes for Ivy, Chisty added.
