Kishoreganj coronavirus cases rise to 284

Seven new coronavirus cases have been detected in Kishoreganj, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the district to 284.

Dr Mujibur Rahman, civil surgeon of the district, revealed the information on Tuesday (May 26) night.

Seven new people tested coronavirus positive  following sample tests of 131 people, the civil surgeon said.

Of those infected, a total of eight people including a child died of coronavirus, he mentioned.
