Law minister’s mother dies

Jahanara Haque, wife of Advocate Sirajul Islam and mother of Law Minister Anisul Haq, has passed away.

She died around 3.40am on Saturday at Apollo Hospitals in the city.

She was 85 years old.

She was suffering from heart disease and some other complications.

Her namaz-e-janaza will be held after Johr prayer at the mosque of Water Development Board at Banani.

She will be buried at Banani Graveyard.
